During the period 1st October - 30th April there is a £1 per day/per pen heating supplement.
Cats sharing the same chalet must be from the same household
All bookings are charged per day and for a minimum of 3 days.
Please note that late arrivals, early departures and no shows will be charged for the total number of days originally booked unless a weeks prior notice is given. Any late collections will be charged at £20 per cat per day over the number of days originally booked unless prior notice is given.
Payment in full is required upon collection of your cat(s). We accept cash, cheques and all major credit cards as well as Apple, Google & Samsung Pay.
